Refund policy

Our return policy means you have 30 days to return a product to us. This period includes notifying us of your decision to return and returning the product to us, upon our response. Please note that loose tobacco cannot be returned if it is opened due to health and safety rules, so please make sure that you read the label prior to opening the packaging. When you notify us of your decision to return a product, please allow up to 24 hours for a response. When notifying us, please use the email Admin@tobaccoshoponline.co.uk. Thereafter, you can return us the item(s). Please note that all returns are at your expense and we do not take responsibility for any return costs. When returning goods, please ensure they are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. None of these terms affect your legal rights.
